How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 Business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
No Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Only available within 5 miles of Sayreville, Parlin, and South Amboy, New Jersey. There is a $5.95 delivery fee for all delivery orders. You must include your name, phone number, address and delivery time.
Deliveries will only be made M-F from 5:15 pm - 7:15pm and from 12pm - 5pm (for an additional charge of $2.00).
We will only wait 5 minutes when making a delivery, as we have other orders that need to be delivered on time. If you miss your delivery time slot you can have your order shipped (the customer has to pay the shipping fees) or you can set up a new delivery time for an additional $5.00. If you miss your delivery, please email email@example.com to make the necessary shipping/new delivery arrangements (you must include your name and order number).
